A warm and dry growing season led to a bountiful harvest. Hand picked and fruit was whole bunch pressed to a mix of old and new French oak. Natural ferments, sensitive lees work post ferment and full MLF.\n\nThis single vineyard Chardonnay is refreshing and zesty with restrained fruits of white peaches and nectarines. Citrus fruits play a supporting role with Myer lemons and quince keeping a tight reign through the mid palate. Touches of oak spices, jasmine flowers and minerality, make for a stylish and complex wine that finishes with a crisp acid line. It's a wine that will continue to develop in the cellar through to 2035 and quite possibly beyond.
