Aged on gross lees for 4 months prior to bottling. Only partial MLF in 2025 as it didn't really want to happen, resulting in a more frisky acid profile with extra tension and drive. Flavours very much in the citrus spectrum, think lemons and limes, along with white blossoms, green apples and exotic notes.
