Bud Club Superior Tassie Pinot Noir Subscription 3pk

$149.00 every 3 months

3 superior Tassie Pinot Noirs sent to your home automatically, every 3 months.

This Spring edition consists of

1. Marco Lubiana Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir is difficult to pigeon whole because it is elegant, textural, concentrated and powerful all in one. A generosity of concentrated red cherry and blue berry fruits greet you on entry and then reveals a silky texture through the mid palate, with subtle granite, wild undergrowth and mushroom characters, mildly spiced oak, violet flowers and a hint of blood orange. This wine is going to live a long life as well, as an underlying power of firmly grained tannins and a balanced level of acidity creates some freshness, resulting in impeccable structure. It will easily keep developing over the next decade and well suited to pair with Crispy Duck Pancakes or Lamb Shanks with red wine and Rosemary.

Region: Derwent Valley, Tasmania

Budburst Rating: #fantasticwine 96pts

2. Home Hill Estate Pinot Noir

This Home Hill Pinot Noir has style and texture with red cherry and blue berry fruits providing a well weighted entry. It is silky and textured through the mid palate with savoury herbs of dried thyme, violet flowers, almonds, mandarins and wild shitake mushrooms. The finish provides a balanced level of refined tannins and acid that offers a touch of spice making this a wine that is already showing a harmonious character that you normally expect from a wine with longer bottle age. Match with a rack of lamb, confit of duck or Maryland chicken
Region: Huon Valley, Tasmania
Budburst Rating: #fantasticwine 95pts

3.Any Roads Pinot Noir

This brand new release is made from single MV6 clones from one of the oldest vineyards in the West Tamar Valley.  Vibrant red cherry fruits and raspberries provide an initial burst
of flavour with fine dried herbs, mulled spices, orange peel and rose petals adding complexity. Medium bodied with a touch of elegance that seduces the senses, as the finish reveals fine tannins, with brightness added from some acidity with hints of pomegranate
Region: West Tamar Valley, Tasmania
Budburst Rating: #excellentwine 93pts
