We wanted to create something special for the Sparkling Lovers of Hobart and we think we have achieved that with a fabulous selection of Champagnes as well as some of our top Tasmanian producers, all in one place at the same time

Featured are Champagnes from Billecart-Salmon, Pol Roger and Pierre Gimonnet. Not seen before in Tasmania is Boll & Cie Champagne, which was a highlight for Joe and Felicity, when they attended the Tyson Stelzer Taste Champagne in Sydney recently.

We have some great local producers to round out the selection including Pirie, Hensken & Rankin, Apogee, Clover Hill, House of Arras, Lowestoft, Clemens Hill, Delamere, Jansz and more
