Budburst's Autumn Tasting at the Hope & Anchor
Autumn Tasting at the Hope & Anchor Hotel
We’ve banded together with our awesome suppliers, to bring you another super-star tasting line up, this time headlined by the iconic Henschke Wines. You will be amongst the first people in the Australia, to taste the new vintage Henschke’s, which are officially released and launched around the country from the 7th of May.
The treats don’t finish there, as we are joined by Matt Pooley, 3rd generation member of Pooley Wines. You’ll get a look at his latest estate Pinot Noir and Tasmanian Syrah.
Chardonnay Lovers are also in for a treat with the Pooley Estate Chardonnay and one of my long time favourites, their single vineyard Cooinda Vale. The Chardonnay journey doesn’t stop there as we venture to France as well, with a superlative selection of William Fevre Chablis, Prosper Moufoux Bourgogne and Olivier Merlin Pouilly-Fuissé
I was at an imported wine tasting recently and was impressed by the value offered by Georges de Boeuf Beaujolais. so we have added 3 of their wines for you to try as well. Rounding out the line up are a couple of bargain Italians from Cantina Tollo, that I have been banging on about for a while and Maude Wines from Central Otago in New Zealand.
This really is a cracking line up of interest, quality, tradition from some of the best producing regions in the world.
I hope you can join us and as always everyone is welcome
cheers
Joe
