It is medium bodied with concentrated red cherry, blueberry and wild raspberry fruits and has a silky textured mouthfeel. A touch of undergrowth adds a savoury dimension through the mid palate including wild shitake mushrooms, soft spices, fennel and a finish of fine tannins
