Dr Edge Tasmania Chardonnay is a blend of 13 different batches. The resulting wine is lean and elegant with nectarine fruits, green apples and limes. Its layered with cumquat, minerality, citrus notes, fenel and a touch of fury tannins play a cameo before transitioning to a refreshing and spicy dose of acidity that gives this wine exceptional length. Its the perfect accompaniment to deep sea white fish like grilled Blue Eye Travella in a lemon butter sauce.
