2024 Riesling, kicking off the new label art is a blend of fruit sourced from the Coal River Valley, the Derwent Valley and the Tamar Valley. 100% hand-picked, hand-sorted and whole-cluster direct pressed to a combination of old oak puncheons, clay amphora and stainless steel for wild ferment and 6 months on lees. This wine is blended and bottled with a tiny amount of residual sugar for balance, while the amphora contains some whole clusters during ferment for a bit of added texture
