High altitude growing at 1315m has imparted a concentrated and generous flavour on entry, with nashi pear fruits being lifted by a floral influence of rose petals. The mid palate is textural with a silky smooth mouthfeel with creamy imparts, complimented by dried herbs, some Turkish Delight, musk and pink lady apples, which leads to a well balanced finish, of moderate acidity which is imparted by mild spices as well. Its a great match with Asian Cuisine like Indian Vegetable Curry or Chinese Chicken and Cashews.
