It has an enveloping mouthfeel with vanilla, almonds and orange blossoms with a well integrated lightly spiced oak influence. Kumquat makes a cameo as well towards the end, which finishes with an edgy and steely level of acidity which is idealy matched with Lobster or Buttery shellfish dishes or Chicken with a creamy sauce.
