Save the Date for Launceston We are super excited to be holding our first Launceston event with a Long Lunch at one of my favourite Restaurants, Stelo at Pierre’s. 4 delicious courses with guest winemaker Matthias Utzinger and James Brawley from Any Road Wines. it’s happening on Saturday the 8th of November (more details to come soon)
Champagne Day Tasting, Friday the 24th of October. Save the date for this one too. Last year was our inaugural event at the Hanging Gardens and it was a huge success, so we are putting a great line up of the best of Tassie Sparkling, alongside some fabulous Champagnes. Wine Bottle Candles , are a new side hussle for my wife and I. We thought it would be a great way to upcycle those special bottles, rather then throw them in the bin.
