Kreglinger Brut Rose NV
This Kreglinger, Traditional Method non vintage Rose, is sourced from the northern Tasmanian Pipers River region with 12 months on yeast lees maturation. 8g of residual to tames underlying power of this 100% Pinot Noir, by providing balance and texture.
The first sip reveals a fruity note of wild strawberries and raspberries with an influence of juicy limes. Theres a subtle addition of Rose Petals and blood orange spice which then a lingering, crisp finish kicks in, providing refreshing length. Its a lovely drop which would accompany some Thai Fish Cakes very well

About Kreglinger Wines
Kreglinger Wines, established in Tasmania, is part of the historic G. G. Brothers wine company founded in Belgium in 1797. The Tasmanian venture began in the late 20th century, focusing on crafting premium cool-climate wines that express the unique terroir of the region. The vineyards are strategically located in the Pipers Brook area in the northern part of Tasmania, known for its ideal growing conditions that include a long, mild growing season and rich, well-draining soils. Specializing in sparkling wines, Kreglinger Wines has garnered a reputation for excellence, particularly with their traditional method sparkling wines. These wines are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in elegant sparklings that rival those from the Champagne region of France. In addition to their renowned sparkling wines, Kreglinger also produces high-quality still wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Each wine reflects the winery's commitment to sustainable practices and minimal intervention, ensuring that the purity of the Tasmanian fruit shines through.
