This Aloft Pinot Gris is refreshing and zesty with fruits of granny smith apples and pears alongside a zippy citrus note. The mid palate displays fruits herbs of thyme and oregano plus an informs of quince fruit and minerality which finishes with a bright and steely acid finish. The ideal accompaniment with stir fried Prawns or grilled fish.
