Bream Creek Cuvee Traditionelle 2022
A classic Tasmanian blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, Bream Creek Cuvée Traditionelle 2022 spends three years ageing on lees before disgorgement, building complexity while retaining plenty of cool-climate freshness.
Green apple, lemon and white peach lead into a more generous mid-palate of brioche, shortbread, toasted nuts and subtle creamy richness. The extended lees ageing adds texture and savoury complexity, balanced by bright citrus fruit and a fine, energetic mousse.
The finish is crisp, dry and beautifully mineral, with persistent lemon, gentle spice and a chalky line of acidity giving the wine excellent length and definition.
Food Match: Fresh Tasmanian oysters, scallops or other shellfish. Also a great match with roast chicken, fish and chips or creamy seafood dishes.
