Chatto Lutruwita Pinot Noir 2025
Yes. This is exactly the sort of product where I’d replace the old-format description with the new Budburst format. It also makes Chatto Lutruwita 2025 a useful SEO test case, because we can give Google substantially more wine-specific information without stuffing the page with keywords.
I’d use this:
Chatto Lutruwita Pinot Noir 2025
Region: Tasmania — Huon Valley, Coal River Valley, Derwent Valley, Pipers River & East Coast
Description
Chatto Lutruwita Pinot Noir 2025 brings together fruit from across Tasmania to create a beautifully detailed expression of the island’s Pinot Noir. Bright red cherry, raspberry and red plum lead the entry, joined by lifted florals and subtle spice. The mid-palate is energetic and refined, with savoury complexity, fine tannins and a mineral edge. It finishes long, fresh and precise, combining intensity with the elegance that has become a hallmark of Jim Chatto’s wines.
Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from five Tasmanian regions and seven Pinot Noir clones. The fruit was hand-picked, with 10% whole bunch fermentation, indigenous yeast and 10 days on skins with hand plunging. Fifteen percent was matured in new French puncheons.
Food Match
Roast duck with cherry or plum sauce, Tasmanian salmon, wild mushroom dishes, pork belly or soft washed-rind cheeses.
Region: Multi-Regional, Tasmania
