Di Giorgio Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This wine has a good concentration of fruit of classic to Cabernet in black currant and black berries. It has a velvety softness and textural mouthfeel through the mid palate with a touch of mint and thyme and a mellow influence of savoury oak and red bell peppers which lead to finely grained tannins that play a harmonious role in the overall balance of the wine.
