Pasqua Montepulciano D'Abbruzzo 2024
A wonderfully approachable Italian red with plenty of juicy fruit, savoury character and a touch of rustic charm. The Pasqua Montepulciano d'Abruzzo opens with ripe morello cherries, blackberries and dark plums, complemented by hints of liquorice and gentle spice. The mid-palate is generous and rounded, with dark berry flavours, earthy undertones and a touch of cinnamon. Well-structured tannins and refreshing acidity lead to a satisfying, slightly savoury finish.
An excellent everyday Italian red that's particularly enjoyable around the dinner table.
