Somos Fiano & Amigos 2025

It's a blend of Fiano 51%, with a large percentage of Pecorino 30% and Pinot Gris 19%. The Fiano is the backbone of the wine, giving it tons of stone fruit and nectarines, the Pecorino adds a lovely line of acid and citrus notes, and the Pinot Gris adds a bit of texture and ties the whole thing together.
