Refined, stylish and structured is this Chardonnay sourced from the premium subregions of the Derwent and Cole River Valley of Southern Tasmania. Delicate stone fruits of nectarine and white peaches are enhanced with a textured creamy mid palate. Quince, lemon zest and minerality provide a further dimension and the finish is long and lingering with tightly bound acidity with fine silky tannins providing additional backbone.
