Bottle fermented Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend displays a nectarine fruit character of moderate intensity with a twist of lime for freshness. Fine beads make for a creamy mouthfeel with some slight bready, yeasty notes which finishes crisp and dry, with lingering spice.
