Xanadu Circa 77 Shiraz 2022

This Xanadu Shiraz has bright and concentrated red plum and black berry fruits with a savoury and herbal aspect through the mid palate. There's white pepper, fennel and pomegranate plus a little floral lift and plenty of spiced, integrated Oak. The finish is a combination of finely tuned tannins and some freshness of mild acid. Its a very versatile food wine that matches well with a spicy sausage like Kransky or Wallaby Steak or Italian Meatballs.
