Yangarra Circle Shiraz 2024

A fresh and beautifully approachable expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz from Yangarra’s certified organic and biodynamic estate.

The 2024 Circle Shiraz is medium-bodied and vibrant, with dark cherry, red plum, boysenberry and blueberry complemented by violet florals and warm spice. The fruit has plenty of generosity, but there’s freshness and energy running through the palate, with fine tannins and subtle oak giving the wine shape without weighing it down.

Juicy, savoury and easy to enjoy, this is a modern McLaren Vale Shiraz that offers plenty of flavour while retaining Yangarra’s trademark sense of balance and detail.

Winemaking

Estate-grown Shiraz was destemmed and sorted before wild fermentation in stainless-steel open fermenters. The wine received gentle maceration over 15 days on skins before maturation on lees for 11 months in older French oak puncheons and foudre.

Ideal with grilled lamb chops, beef and mushroom burgers, smoky barbecue dishes or a rich tomato-based pasta with Italian sausage.
