Yering Station Little Yering Shiraz 2022

The Little Yering Shiraz 2022 is a great example of cool-climate Yarra Valley Shiraz, combining bright fruit, savoury spice and a medium-bodied, finely structured palate.

Red cherry and blackcurrant provide a juicy core of fruit, with white pepper, pomegranate, wet stone and orange peel adding plenty of savoury detail and complexity. There’s spice throughout, with restrained oak sitting comfortably behind the fruit, leading to a lingering finish of fine tannins and fresh, balanced acidity.

Approachable and full of character, this is a Shiraz that delivers plenty of flavour without becoming heavy.

Food Match

A terrific match with smoky pulled pork or BBQ ribs. Also try it with grilled lamb, beef burgers or a wood-fired mushroom and sausage pizza.
