Red cherry and raspberries fruits display a considerable level of concentration and the texture and complexity of the mid palate made up of silk, dried thyme, cherry blossoms, vanilla beans and fennel that are supported by subtle spice oak and finely structured whole bunch tannins add a dimension of strength to finish.
