November 2026 Tolpuddle Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2026.
Only qualifying purchases completed during this period will be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Entrants must have a valid residential or business street address in an eligible Australian state or territory. PO Boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted for prize delivery.
Employees of the promoter and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion or conducting the draw are ineligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must:
- Make a purchase from Budburst Wine Collective during November 2026 at normal retail prices.
- Be subscribed to receive marketing emails from Budburst Wine Collective, either as an existing subscriber or by opting in during the promotion period.
There is no minimum purchase amount and no additional competition entry fee.
Each eligible customer receives one entry only, regardless of the number or value of purchases made.
Eligible customers are entered automatically. No separate entry form is required.
Cancelled, fully refunded or fraudulent purchases do not qualify.
Customers who are subscribed when their eligibility is recorded, will remain in the draw if they subsequently unsubscribe from marketing emails.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a Tolpuddle Vineyard two-bottle wine pack comprising:
- 1 × Tolpuddle Vineyard Pinot Noir 2025 (750 mL)
- 1 × Tolpuddle Vineyard Chardonnay 2025 (750 mL)
Total retail prize value: AUD $250.
Delivery to an eligible Australian street address is included at no charge.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted at the winner's request. Any substitution by the promoter will be subject to applicable law.
6. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026, at the promoter's premises in Hobart, Tasmania.
Each eligible customer will be allocated one unique entry number.
The winning entry will be selected using a random-number generator, giving every valid entry an equal chance of winning.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.
The promoter will retain entry and draw records for at least 12 months.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.
The winning entry number and prize details will be published on the Budburst Wine Collective website by 2 December 2026 and remain available for at least seven days.
The result will also be available on request.
8. Unclaimed Prize
The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw may take place at 12:00 pm AEDT on 16 December 2026, at the same location, subject to applicable law.
Any replacement winner will be notified by email within two business days, and the published result will be updated.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered free of charge to an eligible Australian street address.
The winner must provide accurate delivery information and confirm they are at least 18 years old.
Delivery will be arranged through an appropriate alcohol-delivery service, subject to applicable liquor laws, age-verification requirements and carrier conditions.
The prize will not be supplied to a minor or delivered where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Personal information collected through purchases and email subscriptions will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, notify the winner and arrange delivery.
Marketing communications will be sent only where the customer has provided valid consent or another lawful basis applies.
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without invalidating an eligible entry already recorded.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Budburst Wine Collective Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries.
Any cancellation or amendment of the promotion will be subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
