Brinktop Pinot Noir Syrah Rose 2026

Predominantly Pinot Noir with a small addition of cool-climate Syrah, Brinktop Rosé 2026 comes from the family-owned Brinktop vineyard in Tasmania’s Coal River Valley.

Wild raspberry and watermelon lead into rose petal and subtle red berry fruit, with a gently textured mid-palate bringing notes of spice, dried oregano and a savoury mineral character. The Syrah adds a little extra depth and spice while allowing the freshness and delicate fruit of the Pinot Noir to remain at the centre.

The finish is dry, clean and refreshing, with bright acidity, lingering red fruit and a subtle spicy, mineral edge. A flavoursome Tasmanian Rosé with enough savoury complexity to make it particularly good at the table.

Food Match: Tuna sashimi, Spanish seafood paella, grilled prawns or Mediterranean-style dishes. Also excellent with charcuterie and antipasto.
