Clover Hill Cuvee Riche MV

A richer expression of Tasmanian sparkling from Clover Hill, Cuvée Riche MV blends 63% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier from the cool-climate vineyards of the Pipers River, in northern Tasmania.

Ripe apple, citrus and grapefruit open the wine, joined by red berry fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate is rounded and creamy, with brioche, fresh pastry and crème fraîche adding richness and texture, while Tasmania's naturally bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and balanced.

A touch more sweetness than a traditional brut gives Cuvée Riche its generous, approachable style, finishing with citrus, crushed-shell minerality and a gentle saline note. Rich without becoming heavy, this is a beautifully versatile sparkling for anyone who enjoys a softer, more generous style of bubbles.
