Description

A beautifully poised Tasmanian Sparkling Rosé with both freshness and savoury complexity.

Pale salmon in colour, with fresh strawberry and musk leading into subtle notes of lanolin, toast and red fruits. The palate is lively and finely balanced, with the Pinot Noir bringing lovely fruit weight and texture while the reserve wine adds another layer of depth and maturity. Fine bubbles, crisp acidity and a savoury, refreshing finish make this both immediately appealing and interesting enough to keep you coming back to the glass.

Winemaking

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown at Delamere's estate vineyard and produced using the traditional method, with the secondary fermentation taking place in bottle. Reserve wines are incorporated into the blend to build complexity and depth, complementing the freshness and purity of the Pinot Noir fruit.

Food Match

A terrific food-friendly sparkling. Try it with freshly shaved prosciutto, figs and Parmesan, oysters, hot-smoked salmon, soft white cheeses or a charcuterie platter.
