This brand new release of the Highclare Blanc de Blanc NV is elegant, refreshing and zesty with subtle fruits of nectarines and citrus notes with a floral influence of white flowers. Freshly baked Brioche characters, with a touch of musk and oyster shell, that leads to a long and crisp finish.
Matches well with Tuna Sahimi, a Brie Cheese or a Ceasar Salad.
