Highclare Estate Sparkling Blanc de Noir 2024

Made entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir, the Highclare Estate Blanc de Noir 2024 is a vibrant single-vineyard Tasmanian sparkling with plenty of freshness, texture and character.

Wild strawberry and bright red-fruited notes lead the way, joined by citrus, subtle stone fruit and delicate savoury complexity. The palate is finely textured and energetic, with a persistent bead, fresh acidity and mineral characters adding definition through to a clean, dry and lingering finish.

There’s enough richness and texture to give the wine presence, while retaining the freshness and precision that make cool-climate Tasmanian sparkling so appealing.

Winemaking

Made from 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir from Highclare’s vineyard at Hillwood in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. The Pinot Noir is grown on the elevated Block 1 site at the top of the vineyard, where the exposed, windy conditions help produce naturally concentrated fruit while retaining cool-climate freshness.

Food Match

Excellent with freshly shucked oysters, smoked salmon, seared scallops or roast pork with rosemary. It would also work beautifully with soft, nutty cheeses and a Tasmanian charcuterie platter.
