Highclare Estate Sparkling Blanc de Noir 2024
Made entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, Highclare Estate Blanc de Noir 2024 is a traditional-method sparkling combining bright fruit with freshness and elegance.
Fresh red apple and delicate strawberry lead the way, opening into a more rounded mid-palate with fine bubbles, gentle creamy texture and subtle savoury complexity. There is enough richness from the Pinot Noir to give the wine presence, while lively cool-climate acidity keeps everything fresh and energetic.
The finish is dry, clean and persistent, with lingering red-fruit character and a fine mineral edge. An elegant and approachable Tasmanian Blanc de Noir that works just as well at the table as it does on its own.
Food Match: Fresh oysters, smoked salmon, prawns or charcuterie. Also a very good match with roast pork or lighter poultry dishes.
Region: Tamar Valley, Tasmania
