Jansz Tasmanian Sparkling Rose NV

A vibrant sparkling Rose showcasing the classic varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier made in a classic Tasmanian style with 18 months on yeast lees. Inviting subtle fruit characters of wild strawberries with a touch of blood orange greet you on the first sip and thereafter revealing a creamy texture, with layers of Rose petals, lemon brioche, saline and minerality which leads to a refreshing and lingering finish. 

Food Match

Perfect with smoked salmon, fresh oysters, prawn cocktails or a charcuterie platter. It would also be excellent with a simple strawberry or poached quince dessert.
