Joseph Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir 2023

This Pepik Pinot Noir is a medium to light, fruit forward style that exhibits wild cherries and raspberry fruits. A touch of orange peel adds a spicy note with hints of dried thyme and pomegranate which finishes with mild tannins and acidity that provides some zest on exit. It's easy drinking and would match well with baked salmon or with spinach and feta ravioli
