Lowestoft Sparkling Reserve Brut NV

Bright citrus, red apple and white stone fruit lead the way, with a fine, energetic bead giving plenty of freshness. The mid-palate becomes richer and more complex, showing toasted sourdough, almond and subtle nougat alongside a creamy texture. It finishes long, crisp and finely balanced, with seamless acidity, gentle nuttiness and a lingering mineral edge.

Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from premium vineyards across Tasmania, Lowestoft Reserve Brut combines two vintages with the inclusion of older reserve wine to add extra depth and complexity.

Food Match

Excellent with oysters, scallops, crab or other fresh seafood. The richer brioche and almond characters would also work beautifully with roast chicken or aged cheeses.
