The palate is crisp and refreshing, with delicate fruit sweetness balanced by bright acidity and an elegant, lightly creamy texture. It finishes clean, dry and vibrant, with lingering red fruit and plenty of freshness.

Made by Milton Vineyard on Tasmania’s East Coast, Laura is an elegant Tasmanian sparkling rosé with plenty of freshness and finesse.

A great match with smoked salmon, fresh oysters, soft cheeses or a summer seafood platter. It would also work beautifully alongside strawberry pavlova.
