Winemaking:

Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in Tasmania's Tamar Valley, this vintage sparkling wine is crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle.

The fruit is hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, with extended maturation helping to develop its fine bubbles and creamy texture.
