Schild Estate Ben Schild Reserve Shiraz 2021

The Ben Schild, single vineyard Shiraz opens with a generousity of flavour of black cherries and red plums with the addition of seeded spices. The mid palate has an element of freshness that supports the primary fruits through violet flowers, cocoa and blackberries. Add some black pepper, nutmeg and spicy oak influences are well integrated through it's five years in the bottle, which makes fir a wine with an abundance of flavours that is well supported by firm lingering tannins. 
Match with a Grilled Porterhouse or Beef Bourgignon.
