A flinty mineral edge runs through the mid-palate, joined by subtle sea-salt and slate characters that give the wine a distinctly savoury, cool-climate feel. Fine and tightly structured, it finishes long, clean and mouth-watering, driven by precise, refreshing acidity.

Made from organically grown Tamar Valley Riesling, with a focus on preserving freshness, purity and the vineyard's cool-climate character.
