Sonnen Tasmanian Pinot Gris 2025

This Sonnen Pinot Gris is on a refined spectrum which means that fruit is subtle and doesn't take over as the dominant character of the wine. The wine is really settling into it's stride and flavours are starting to integrate beautifully with the fruit components sitting in the category of Red Anjou Pears and Granny Smith Apples. It has florals, citrusy zest and a portion of the wine has undergone son contact,  which has added depth and a gentle tannic grip and spice that is complimented by a dry even finish.  A perfect food match suggestion is seared Tasmanian Scallops with preserved lemons and Yuzu
