St Hallett Rose 2025
A fresh, dry Grenache Rosé from the Barossa Valley, St Hallett Rosé 2025 is bright, fruit-driven and made for easy drinking.
Watermelon and fresh strawberry lead into guava, grapefruit and subtle floral notes, with the palate becoming a little more generous through the middle. Red berry fruit and white stone fruit add flavour and texture, balanced by clean acidity that keeps the wine lively and refreshing.
The finish is crisp, dry and elegant, with lingering raspberry, citrus and a gentle savoury edge. An approachable Barossa Rosé with plenty of fruit, but enough freshness and structure to keep it nicely balanced.
Food Match: Grilled salmon, fresh prawns, Mediterranean salads or charcuterie. Also well suited to lighter pasta dishes or an antipasto platter.
Region: Barossa Valley, South Australia
