Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve NV

Fresh apple, lemon and pear lead the way, with subtle nectarine and citrus adding brightness. The mid-palate is creamy and finely textured, showing brioche, toasted almond and gentle nutty characters from extended lees ageing and the inclusion of older reserve wines. It finishes dry, long and savoury, with fine bubbles, fresh acidity and a distinctive saline edge.

Made in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve is a traditional-method sparkling built around a multi-vintage blend with reserve wines adding extra depth and complexity.

Food Match

Excellent with oysters, scallops, smoked salmon or roast chicken. The creamy texture and savoury finish also make it a great match with hard cheeses or mushroom dishes.
