Every three months, Joe puts together a new selection showcasing the quality, diversity and personality of Tasmania’s cool-climate white wines. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, aromatic varieties and more can all feature, with the focus firmly on wines that are interesting, well made and genuinely enjoyable to drink.
