Thorn-Clarke Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV

Thorn-Clarke Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV is a vibrant Eden Valley sparkling with a lovely balance of fresh fruit, creamy texture and subtle lees complexity.

Green apple, citrus and white stone fruit lead the way, joined by delicate florals and hints of brioche and toasted nuts. The palate is fresh and elegant, with a fine, creamy mousse, bright acidity and a soft, rounded texture. Lemon zest and red berry flavours carry through to a clean, refreshing finish with just enough savoury complexity to add interest.

Approachable yet refined, this is an excellent aperitif style and a versatile sparkling for celebrations, lunches or simply opening when a glass of bubbles is called for.

Winemaking

A classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from Thorn-Clarke’s cool-climate Milton Park and Mt Crawford vineyards in Eden Valley.

Ideal as an aperitif or alongside oysters, fresh prawns, smoked salmon, chicken terrine or light seafood dishes.
