Turkey Flat Rose 2025

One of Australia’s benchmark dry Rosés, Turkey Flat Rosé 2025 is made from Barossa Grenache and combines bright summer fruit with freshness, texture and a subtle savoury edge.

Fresh raspberry and watermelon lead into white peach, redcurrant and floral citrus, with hints of rose petal, Turkish delight and gentle spice adding complexity through the mid-palate. A fine textural grip gives the wine a little more presence than a simple fruit-driven Rosé, while crunchy acidity keeps everything lively and refreshing.

The finish is dry, clean and persistent, with lingering red berries, citrus and subtle spice. Fresh enough for warm-weather drinking, but with enough texture and character to make it a very versatile wine at the table.

Food Match: Grilled prawns, salmon, Mediterranean salads or charcuterie. Also excellent with antipasto, roast chicken or lightly spiced dishes.
