Fragrant raspberry, strawberry and cranberry lead the way, with hints of cherry and rose petal adding lift and perfume. The mid-palate is rich and beautifully textured, showing red berry tart, brioche and subtle nutty characters alongside a distinctive salty, mineral edge. It finishes dry and precise, with fine bubbles and bright citrus acidity giving freshness and length.

Made by pioneering Tasmanian winemaker Andrew Pirie at Apogee’s single vineyard in Lebrina, this traditional-method vintage rosé combines generous Pinot Noir fruit with impressive structure, complexity and finesse.

Food Match

Excellent with duck breast, quail, smoked salmon or richer seafood dishes. It would also be a great match with charcuterie and aged cheeses.
