The Bangor Riesling provides vibrancy and zest on entry with citrus and green apple fruits. It has texture with a floral influence of white flowers, minerality and a mild viscosity which then finishes with a crisp and steely level of acidity. Match with oysters or white fish with a beurre Blanc.
