Barking Mad Watervale Riesling 2023

Barking Mad Riesling from the famous Watervale sub-region of the Clare Valley, has a concentrated flavours of juicy limes, orange blossoms and Myer Lemons. It has a zesty disposition with hints of wet slate, quince and spice which then leads to a crisp and dry finish of lingering, steely acidity. The floral and zesty characteristics of this wine makes it a perfect match with a Korma Curry or Terayaki Chicken Noodles
