Fresh wild strawberry and red berry fruit lead the way, joined by delicate rose petal and a hint of Turkish delight. The mid-palate is beautifully creamy and finely textured, with subtle brioche and pastry characters adding complexity beneath the bright fruit. It finishes dry, elegant and persistent, with fine bubbles, lively acidity and a lingering mix of strawberry and gentle savoury notes.

Made by sparkling specialist Natalie Fryar, Bellebonne Bis Rosé is a refined Tasmanian traditional-method sparkling that combines generous fruit with impressive finesse and texture.

Food Match

Beautiful with smoked trout, fresh oysters, salmon, soft cheeses or a seafood platter. It would also be an excellent aperitif on its own.
