This wine captivates the essence of Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc with concentrated tropical fruits of Passionfruit and subtle pineapple and it maintains its vibrancy throughout as it reveals elements of fine herbal notes, quamquats as well as the influence of some green beans. A clean and lingering acidic finish provides good freshness to the exit and this wine is best enjoyed with white fish, salads or creamy poultry dishes
