Brinktop Syrah is an elegant cool-climate red from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, showcasing the finesse and purity that make the region ideal for Syrah. Fragrant aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and blueberry are lifted by notes of violet, cracked black pepper, subtle spice and a touch of smoky oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with vibrant dark fruit, silky tannins and fresh natural acidity, delivering a beautifully balanced wine with savoury complexity and a long, refined finish.
