Caledon Estate Pinot Noir 2024

This new release Caledon Estate Pinot Noir is fruit forward with red cherries and raspberry fruits. It has a herbal influence of dried Rosemary and pomegranate and some earthy notes of forest floor which then finishes with a hint of spice from moderate and finely grained tannins, as well as a touch of acidity. A wine that would match well to a baked piece of Samon or greek style Lamb Cutlets.
